The site is intended to help Washington buyers learn about the service, browse properties, and submit offer requests for review. You agree to provide accurate information when using the service.
Offer Requests
A submission through the site is an offer request for broker review. It is not, by itself, a live offer to a seller. A live offer is not submitted until the brokerage relationship, fee structure, and required signatures are complete.
Fee Structure
The current program fee is 1.5%. Traditional buyer-agent compensation is often 2.5% to 3%, but actual transaction economics depend on the listing, seller-side compensation offered, and the structure agreed to in the signed brokerage documents.
Controlling Documents
Brokerage agreements, disclosures, and transaction documents control if there is any difference between those documents and this website.
